No eQSL!

Via Buero is no problem and 100% sure but needs about 2-5 years, dependent on your national QSL service.

Direct is for sure if you send a self address envelope and the postage (new world-letter postage from 2011).

Letter outside of Europe and within Europe = US$ 2,--

Please no IRC! It is almost impossible now to find a postoffice in a periphery of 30 km where i can

change in a moderate time!
